Osbanis & Anneta (Cuba / Poland)

Osbanis Tejeda 2004 World Rueda Champion, 2003 UK Cuban Salsa Champion, dance teacher, choreographer and performer, graduated professor of Cuban percussion. Developed his dancing when arrived in Europe, he decided to fill in the lack of the live Cuban culture in UK by not only playing the music but also playing with the music, which became a start of this professional dance career. The most important thing for him is to feel everything you see in music and dance.

Anneta Kępka 2008 IDO World Ladies Salsa Shines Champion and 2006 UK Salsa Champion, began her dancing career in Poland with Ballroom Dance. Over the years she has studied various forms of dance, in order to create her own unique style. She has put most emphasis on Latin dances. Dancing is for her an everlasting passion. She now lives in London. Her current dance partner is Osbanis Tejeda, with whom she teaches and performs at congresses around the world.

Nuno & Vanda

Nuno & Vanda (Portugal)

Nuno Furtado and Vanda Gameiro are originally from Portugal, the country that they have been representing at the international salsa congresses and festivals. They are top professional salsa dancers and teachers whose dancing is based on styling, dynamic and musical interpretation.

Nuno & Vanda have travelled mostly in Europe and Middle East but they have been also in New York, Canada, L.A., Australia and Puerto Rico. In Portugal they have their own school and a group called JDfreestyle.

Afrolatin Connection (Portugal)

Paula Loureiro and Ricardo Sousa dance together as a couple since 2000 and are artistic directors, choreographers and dancers of this dance company.

Their work is the result of a diverse knowledge acquired through wide range of dances

  • Salsa, Chachacha
  • Brazilian Rhythms
  • Tango Argentino

Actually they are considered internationally as the best Kizomba instructors.

Talal

Talal (Belgium)

Talal was born in Fès, Morocco, in 1980. His interest in music appeared already from a very young age, when he played the guitar with the famous Moroccan composer Karim Zmane. When he arrived in Belgium as a student in the year 2000, he discovered salsa and very quickly became aware of his talent and motivation to invest in it. He joined one of the local dance teams in Brussels and performed with them on local Belgian, but also international events. In 2004 he established his own dance company "Salsa Sunrise" of which he is the director. Since then he works as a professional instructor, performer and choreographer. He created his own style, which is characterized by his passion, energy, and creativity. He teaches salsa in Brussels, both on "1" and on "2", and is known for the effective way in which he teaches the technique of leading and following.

Fire Dancers (Israel)

Fire Dancers is a dance company, run by Oshrat & Shay. Both are Salsa performers & instructors who work in Israel and perform around the world.

Shay Zigi & Oshrat Elkeslassie have been dancing for over 10 years and are well known in the Israeli salsa scene and known as 'Fire Dancers' - a dance company that they established in 2009.

'Fire Dancers' have many years of experience with Latin dancing as well as backgrounds in jazz, ballet and hip hop dancing.

'Fire Dancers' participate in many festivals and congresses throughout Israel and abroad. Their shows are characterised by excellent musical interpretation, creative moves, great energy and expression.
